I created a Notion page with documentation to help me manage my team. On this page, I have the design process, important links, tools used by our team, product designer levels documentation, and many other things that support me when I need it. My main objective is to continue improving this documentation during my career, adding new learnings, methodologies, reports, and much more.

For me, managing a person is more than just helping them when needed, it's also guiding them to create a solid career. And we achieve this by defining your professional profile, understanding strengths and weaknesses, identifying soft and hard skills, and much more.
DesignOps. In this documentation, I've inserted everything design-related, from the team structure to the team's weekly agenda, also including our design process, ticket/task documentation template, links to the design system, research center, and a lot more.
Another important stage of management is the definition of personal and professional goals to be achieved within the company. This gives the person more reason to keep striving to further improve their career and also to measure their performance. I use what's best for the employer, but in this case, I have a template for the 30-60-90-day plan method.
